Our Story
Urban Taco Express began in 2018 when Chef Miguel Rodriguez wanted to bring the authentic flavors of his hometown in Jalisco, Mexico to the city. What started as a food truck has grown into one of the most beloved taco spots in town.
We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients, making our tortillas by hand daily, and preparing our meats using traditional methods passed down through generations.
Our mission is simple: serve delicious, authentic Mexican street food that transports you straight to the vibrant streets of Mexico.
